They said the twin towers at high wind would swing as much as 8 feet side to side at the top. The top floor of that tower will be only 24 feet wide and it`s 600 feet taller than the highest point on the twin towers. Imagine the feeling of that place swaying in the wind. Fucking scary as shit.

Architecture is art that betters over time.The eiffel tower was nothing more then a big fair ride when it was build but has become a world land mark. The insperation this building causes and is the result of, is no doubt amazing, but what is dubai? and at its core is it a major city? does it justify a huge monument? or is it just a lot of concrete?

This city was build by the few. London Paris New york and meny others ( without giant buildings ) are build by the meny thats what matters.

Time dictates what the potence in architecture is.
