That cars didn`t look like a very heavy one, probably no more than 2000 lbs.. Divided on four tires it`s 500 lbs. per tire. As long as it`s just for an extremely short time, you don`t explode due to compression. Had the car gone slower he would probably have been crushed like a pumpkin.
