some guy crashed a lambo gallarado today lol, he took the license plates off and ran away cause he didnt have insurance, idiot doesn`t realize that the info of the cars ownership and license is on the driver side door.

They should have a test at the DMV, where if you`re registering a super car, or a sports car, you should have to drive a simulator that simulates your car. It would involve you driving that car at extremely reckless speeds, making tight turns, and having lots of distractions.

If you fail, your car should be locked at lower speeds until you do pass the test. Not saying like 55 MPH, but definitely no higher than 100 MPH.
