LOL i gotta say that looks a bit silly, they`re in a police station right ? can u imagine some guy in a batman costume walking down the halls of a police station ? or waiting in an elevator, that looks a bit funny dont u think ?

i bet they took care of this somehow in the movie though, like he burst through the wall and picked up heath by the collar
