Forward this vid to every cop, lawyer, law student, judge you know. The stupid "war on drugs" and the ignorant prohibition approach to every social "problem" under the sun (guns, sex, porn etc.) will only begin to change when the ones with the badges and authority begin to change.

Or when they`re all bankrupt. Whichever comes first...

The one dude mentioned a bill of 10million a year to arrest dealers. It`s a helluva lot more than that! With all the associated costs, it must be in the billions. Legalize it and let me be responsible for myself, thank you.

America needs to enter the 21st century on a lot of social issues. Drug use is one of them. Legalization will make the downsides of drug use much more manageable.

-Prisons(Local, State, Federal Contracts)
-Law Enforcement(Addicts, Pushers)
-Politicians(Addicts, Bribery, Defamation)
-Politics(drug revenues used to fund foreign operations to serve American/British Elite interests)

So these guys basically go around admitting out loud that they spent decades falsely charging, falsely arresting, and falsely convicting innocent young people on a daily basis... and now they feel BAD about it.

We are at war, and have been for a very long time. Our blood runs in the gutters.

We are at war with ourselves, over greed.

The war, on drugs. It`s just missing a comma. It`s a coke, booze and cigarette fuelled war of uncaring greed. Of people in "group A" getting rich by exploiting people in "group B".

Be it "the war, on drugs", or the foreign wars, or the entertainment industry, or the financial industries, or the health industry, or the food industry, all possible aspects of life and business.

The American way has become utterly debased by being totally and utterly founded upon the systematic exploitation of some for the gain of others. It`s a way of living that has terrible prices.

I hope we all wake up soon and realize that compassion is the only thing we can do, we must all do, if we are to not self destruct. It is the one thing that might have stayed those cops from action, but didn`t. We laugh at how much too late they finally clued in. Heck, the local crack dealer might even be a better citizen if he wasn`t such a prick, but the example that might reach him probably won`t come from someone pointing a gun at him, or his replacement.

We need a better way.
