@Josh: Replace them once they get better? Can't be too hard to find more of these... f00ls. ...But I do agree on you though 'eventually' they'll adept, but that coutns for any given situation and any person. ...I haven't seen Conan's start (since I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands so we don't get it) but indeed he is not a nervous wreck. Now, he's just a wreck :)
