English verb tense is extremely difficult if you are not a native speaker....I would have written the title either "A man seems to be yelling for no reason" or "A man seems to yell for no reason."

This was awesome. I liked the silence after every scream. everyone stopped what they were doing and looked to see where the yelling was coming from. Its really kinda interesting.
