And the boy is probably repeating what his -parents- thought it said. "Kill james" is a bit of a stretch. They`re being dramatic. What a waste of your fifteen minutes of fame.

To be honest, I couldn`t really make out what the toy was saying, maybe `choking`, but `Kill James` didn`t even cross my mind.
