Wow. If you saw the original video and heard the audio prior to the hit, you could hear this PUBLIC DEFENDER stating that he can no longer represent his client. A public defender rescinding his representation is akin to an admittance of guilt of the defendant. That`s brutal. In no way does this justify that criminals actions, but its a bit disingenuous the way they portrayed the whole incident in this clip.

I agree that no one deserves to get sucker punched but I`ve been in that disposition where one`s appointed a PUBLIC PRETENDER, and he could careless that your sentence hangs by his words and actions.
And these guys are suppose to represent me? To Help me?

True, but actually the delay is intended. It`s to avoid any `surprises` on the other end of the live feed. There is no `lag`, it is induced so the pretty "censor button" works in the studio.
