British Chav Maced and Arrested

It took 2 policemen to arrest this Chav and that too only after they had maced him. He screams pitifully for his buddy Neil to help him but Neil is too scared to assist.

This video is a good demonstration of old-fashioned and sensible British police work. I`ve seen a lot of other videos on Spiked of overweight and over-emotional police officers from around the world; using tasers or pepper spray if a person is slightly too slow to get out of a car or should have the temerity to ask a question. So, I`d like to give a big thank you to Sweden2007 for another quality video.

The reaction time was amazingly quick when the officer grabbed the "Chav" and he even withstood some pepper spray from his mate.
