well...the spotters are not suppose to have their hands on the bar at all...as you can see. So....you fuckers try and catch that much weight unexpectedly.

Yes, you`re right. But i don`t think the human brain can comprehend how much weight that is...and therefore recruit enough muscle fibers to lift that much weight so quickly.

They did a good enough job i think...the weight hit him, yeah. But it was immediately taken off; and he`s not dead.

^ i agree, from the looks of it the amount of weight seems to be 400lbs plus a 40lb bar which those two guys wouldnt have enough time to react upon it falling
