the united states government seems to be the terrorists. If you take away freedoms for safety, you end up getting neither. It`s all about control. When the times get tough for the nation they want to know they have a plan to slap everyone in the face and get them in line.

Jimwillie I wish that I could agree with you. Ron paul is our savior yet the powers that be will not allow him in office. Our free will is a shame and the same goes for the election process. I will still vote for Dr. Paul but he has no chance. And this isn`t just being pesimistic.....I am a member of the Ron Paul teaparty which is willing to donate.

Ron Paul will restore the Constitution, except for the part about the separation of Church and State. I`m not going to quote-mine for you diehards, but look up his comments on the role of religion in government. He`d like a theocracy just as much as Bush, and neither of them seem to realize that in order to protect the liberty to practice YOUR religion you have to protect the liberty of others to practice theirs. His economic policies are good, but I don`t want the 10 commandments posted everywhere because the gov`t thinks them sound moral principles (yeah right).
