how are they irresponsable? i let my dog out in the rain all the time he fucken loves it he won`t stop barking unless i let him out, and yes lightning hit what are u gonna do? go out there youreself and grap the dog shit if youre dog does not know to come back in after almost getting hit then he may need to get shock. dogs are smart and have a natural instinc to danger.
