It`s a rare treat to hear a cover that surpasses the original song (can only think of 4 or so at this moment). You can really appreciate his passion in this performance.

thanks for this post, was up and high, and i always meant to learn this song, so I just did on piano. If anyone else cared, this performance was in C# Major and the changes are as follows:

verse:
"i Heard there was a Secret chord.."
C# - A#min - C# - A#min - F# - G# - C#

"well it Goes like This, the fourth, the fifth.."
C# - C# - F# - G# - A#min - F# - G# - E#min - A#min

chorus:
"halleLujah... hallelujah..."
F# - A#min - F# - C# - G# - C#

Rinse and repeat for each round of verse-chorus, etc.

Jeff Buckley is the shit, and I`d forgotten about this song.
