Thunder Snow Storm!

A small snow storm in the winter of 2005-2006. There is actually thunder in this storm! In total we got 7 inches in about an hour. (Video was shot in Brookline, MA.)

I remember this storm....damn that was a bad 'un.

We also had one like this in...'99 '00. That one was BAD!.

Not only could you not see across the street, but the lightning took out 1/2 of the west side of the Brockton. That was intense.

Gotta love New England, eh?

yea im form around there to and it wasnt snowing as bad but the thunder was much worse

The thing is, when you get that much snow that fast, shit starts collapsing. We normally get the wet, heavy stuff. Very rarely do we get powder, unless it's very early in the season.

Now, getting a roof falling in would've been great, as I do remember at least 6 reports of such in and around Brookline....

I feel so blissful in snow storms. Everything is usually so quiet and the snow is so pretty in moonlight. The next morning if you get any sunlight everything is gleeming like a jewel...I'm a huge fan of winter but I get tired of it...guess thats why i live in a 4 sesoned location. Variety is a must for me at least season wise.

If you do not feel this way when it snows try smoking some cannibus it might open your eyes and ears to new things. I like to sit in my car all bundled up and smoke the shit out and watch the snow melt on my windshield. It's very peaceful even in a crowded city that i live in.

i got this in virginia too but it was more ice rain than snow the next day when it froze over, it was highly dangerous to drive the salt could not penetrate the ice fast enough, my friend spoiler broke off due to the weight of the ice on it.

I'm in Dedham, just a stones throw from the Boston/West Roxbury line.

From what the Farmer's Almanac has been saying (reading?) this year is supposed to be BAD...really cold with lots of snow.

I find that the cold is tolerable as long as there's snow.

Smoking pot's cool watching a storm, but I always liked tripping through it, especially if it's a gentle storm. Each flake looks like a diamond and the crunching of the snow underfoot keeps pace with the heart beat. Wicked cool.
