Every time I remember it was just 2 buildings going down to start with, I remember what the ratio is of American buildings lost to Iraq/Afghan buildings lost since 2001. Probably about as uneven as American civilians lost to Iraq/Afghan civilians lost.

Volunteer soliders have to take some responsbility for thier actions too. This idea that people who willingly support corrupt military action are completely innocent because their bad ol' gov't created the situation is no different from the "I was just following orders" defence at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials after WWII. Yes, the US administration started the war, but if US citizens weren't so gullable and trigger happy, they would not have provided the increase in signups to fight this war.
