Tourettes is a neurological or neurochemical disorder characterized by tics: involuntary, rapid, sudden movements or vocalizations that occur repeatedly in the same way.
I think that what you're looking for is coprolalia, which is the affliction often glamorised by hollywood when speaking of someone with Tourettes
