No. As you close in on the speed of light your mass increases and relative time slows down. If you (could) hit the speed of light theoretically you would have infinite mass and be moving outside of time relative to an outside observer. Time wouldn`t reverse though...

if you could hit the speed of light you would stop, because time would. there is no displacement without time. moving so fast that you stop isnt a logical concept. that`s simply because its not possible to reach c.
