if you're asian, you'll probably get this video.
why would four young men watch their friend die, when they could have intervened to save him? why would a woman obey phone commands from a stranger to strip-search an innocent employee? what makes ordinary people perpetrate extraordinary abuses, like the events at abu ghraib? documentarian alex gibney revisits these three famous behavioral studies to explore some perennial questions about why human beings commit unethical acts under particular social conditions.
here is the picture that spawned the birth of anti social behavior in the uk. the bowler hat played it's roll in this, and that is why chavs and hoodies wear bowler hats today.

for all those who missed this week’s episode of south park, here’s a little summary of the continuing story of chef.
chef’s back from his adventures with the super adventure club and seems strangely attracted to little children. apparently he’s been brainwashed to want to sodomize the boys.
the voice of chef was still isaac hayes, though. the south park team did some smart audio doctoring to make him sound like a pedophile, repeatedly making him sing “i wanna make love to you…children!”.
the children try to rescue him by deprogramming him to get him away from the super adventure club, a club with some subtle similarities to scientology. in the end, the boys fail miserably, and chef is cruelly burned, falls down a ravine, gets staked and then ripped apart by wild animals. trey parker and matt stone have clearly mastered the art of revenge.
the super adventure club however, secretly manages to rescue chef and turn him into some sort of darth chef, allowing for a significant voice change in episodes to come.
most memorable are kyle’s words at chef’s memorial service, words clearly directed at former chef voice isaac hayes.
“a lot of us don’t agree with the choices chef has made the past few days. some of us feel hurt and confused that he seemed to turn his back on us … so you see, we shouldn't be mad at chef for leaving us, we should be mad at that fruity little club for scrambling his brains…”

tuxtla gutierrez, mexico - a donkey is doing time in southern mexico for assault and battery. the animal was locked up at a local jail that normally holds people for public drunkenness and other disturbances after it bit and kicked two men near a ranch in chiapas state, police said monday. officer sinar gomez said the donkey will remain behind bars until its owner agrees to pay the men's medical bills. "around here, if someone commits a crime they are jailed," gomez said — "no matter who they are." the owner, mauro gutierrez, told the associated press he would try to reach a friendly arrangement to pay the men's bills, estimated at us$420 (euro270). the victims said the donkey bit genaro vazquez, 63, in the chest on sunday and then kicked 52-year-old andres hernandez as he tried to come to the rescue, fracturing his ankle. "all of a sudden, the animal was on top of us like it was rabid," hernandez said. police said it took a half-dozen men to control the enraged burro. chiapas police have thrown animals in the slammer before, including a bull that devoured corn crops and destroyed two wooden vending stands in march. in 2006, a dog was locked up for 12 days after biting someone. his owners were fined us$18. source
